For the last 15 years Ramcom has grown our relationship with Cineplex supporting design solutions, refreshes, deployments and servicing Structured Cabling, Audio Visual and Custom Sign Fabrication.
Over these years we have supported Cineplex’s diverse strategy in their multiple offerings across the country including 156 Theatres, Playdium’s, Rec Rooms and Junxions. Additionally, integration and installation of multiple boardrooms ensuring a seamless & simplistic use in every room for the end user.
Challenges
We are constantly tasked ensuring that a fluent use of technology is introduced across all spaces ensuring all sites are easily managed with “like” tech for familiarity. Along with this continue to provide a path for future refreshes and updates.
Strategies
Ramcom is consistently on top of the newest technology ensuring the right solutions are deployed across the country weather it be a band aid to get to the refresh, a refresh or a net new design and build. Along with this tracking and auditing all the infrastructure allowing opportunities to deploy cut-overs and refreshes utilizing existing equipment when required.
Ramcom has taken advantage of the relationship over the years to develop a Nation-wide strategic partnership guaranteeing all service commitments are met and “In province” technicians are just a call away.
Solutions
In the beginning the digital signage was traditional distribution which evolved to Matrox and Kramer distribution. We were tasked with coming up with a complete turnkey solution that could be scaled up or down based on the site weather it be a Rec-room requiring total AV solution with Lighting, Stage Audio, multi screen and audio control across the building along with complete remote management and support to a Traditional Theatre scaling down the requirement.
We were able to do this with SaviIQ controlling the Video ingest signals and a mix of integrated Audio choices (QSC, Sonance, K&F , Soundtrack your Music.
Cineplex Junxion
Ramcom is responsible for the design, intergration, installations and service coast to coast, for all Cineplex branded properties including Head Office Boardrooms, Theatres, Playdium’s, Rec Rooms and Junxion’s.
